Since taking on the role of President of Inkinen Executive Search in 2018, Benjamin Ancheta has brought new energy and strategic leadership to Inkinen. His experience in building and managing high-performance teams has been instrumental in expanding the company’s executive search capabilities.
With two decades of experience in executive leadership and management consulting, Ben advises organizations in a wide variety of industries, with a deep understanding in banking and financial services, insurance, professional services, wholesale and distribution, and the nonprofit sector. His work is informed by a career that bridges strategy, operations, and people leadership.
A graduate of Kamehameha Schools, Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He worked as a management consultant with Deloitte in the US, Europe, and Asia and worked with a variety of startup and high-growth companies. He returned to Hawaii in 2007and has held C-level roles at ProService Hawaii, ʻike, and ʻEkahi Health System.
Ben has been recognized for his leadership and deep commitment to the community, earning honors such as Pacific Century Fellow (2010), Omidyar Fellow (2012), and Hawaii Business Magazine’s 20 for the Next 20 (2013). He serves on the boards of HEMIC, KCAA Preschools, Movers & Shakas, Kahala Nui, and YMCA Honolulu.
