Cheryl Cross has 25 years of experience in recruiting and executive search, with deep expertise across healthcare, finance, capital markets, real estate development, energy, government, and nonprofit sectors. She began her career in business intelligence and research, where she developed advanced technical sourcing techniques that remain central to her work today. Cheryl’s passion is connecting people and has built a reputation for exceptional client service, strategic insight, and the ability to deliver results across both small business and enterprise environments.

Cheryl currently serves as an Executive Search Consultant with Inkinen and leads our Career Transition program. Her background includes senior talent acquisition leadership at Booz Allen in Hawaii and executive recruiting roles in Los Angeles, CA with CRI, Inc. (now Mantech), along with earlier work in, broadcasting, marketing, and design. She graduated from the National School of Broadcasting in Las Vegas, NV. Cheryl is deeply engaged in workforce and community leadership, serving as an Executive Board Member of the State of Hawaii Workforce Development Council, Co-Chair of its Employer Engagement Committee, Past President of the Organization of Women Leaders – Oahu, and a board member of the SHRM-HI Education Foundation Committee.
