Seeking a transition from operations into recruiting, Doug joined the executive search field, where he has since worked across agency, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments. Today, he serves as an Executive Search Consultant with Inkinen Executive Search, advising clients with a strong focus on organizational culture and long‑term candidate fit.

Doug’s prior experience includes founding and leading Makai Search Group for nearly a decade, serving as Recruitment Manager at ProService Hawaii, and holding corporate recruiting roles with Hawaiian Airlines and Best Buy.
