Hilda Min brings more than 20 years of executive search experience, with a career that spans global hospitality, for‑profit and nonprofit organizations, and a wide range of industries. Since joining Inkinen Executive Search in 2017, she has served as an Executive Search Consultant, advising organizations across sectors with a steady, relationship‑driven approach. Prior to Inkinen, Hilda conducted executive search internationally with Global Hospitality Services, recruiting in both Singapore and the Washington, D.C. area, following earlier roles with The Lee Group in Virginia and Executive Search International in Florida. Her experience includes recruiting senior leaders across hospitality, automotive, food production, banking, natural resources, financial institutions, insurance, and other industries, giving her a uniquely broad and adaptable perspective.

Hilda’s path into executive search began after earning a double degree in Travel Industry Management and Human Resources from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her first role was with the National Restaurant Association in Chicago, where she participated in a multi‑year U.S. Department of Labor “Career Ladders” study examining workforce and advancement opportunities across the foodservice industry. That early exposure to workforce development, combined with global executive recruiting experience, has shaped her long‑standing commitment to thoughtful placement and long‑term impact. Hilda currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lanakila Pacific, where she continues to support workforce and community development initiatives in Hawaii.
