Martha Om brings more than 20 years of recruiting experience spanning retained search and corporate environments, both nationally and in Hawaii. She began her recruiting career with a retained search firm in New York before relocating to Los Angeles, where she supported talent acquisition for Warner Bros. Entertainment Group and The Walt Disney Company across high-growth areas, including digital, mobile, gaming, finance, and corporate functions. After returning home to Hawaii, Martha played a key role in talent acquisition, during periods of growth and transformation for organizations including Hawaiian Airlines and Aulani, helping to identify local talent aligned with long-term strategic objectives. Martha has a diverse background supporting recruiting efforts across a range of industries and functional areas, including nonprofit, construction, real estate development, healthcare, and professional services.

Actively involved with church communities and a graduate from the University of Hawaii, Martha is deeply committed to strengthening local relationships, culture, and community, and finds fulfillment in helping organizations and individuals thrive together.
