Melody Fukushima brings nearly three decades of human resources experience and more than a decade of expertise in executive search. Since joining Inkinen in 2015, she has partnered with organizations across Hawaii and beyond to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent. Drawing on her background as an HR leader, Melody offers clients a thoughtful, strategic perspective on leadership, organizational culture, and talent strategy. Her experience spans a broad range of industries and functional areas, including operations, employee relations, legal, engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership, enabling her to understand organizational needs and identify leaders who can drive meaningful, long‑term impact.

Prior to joining Inkinen, Melody held senior leadership roles with Roberts Hawaii and TeamPraxis LLC and served as an Executive Team Leader of Team Relations for Target. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Speech Communications from the University of Northern Colorado. Melody is actively engaged in her community, most recently serving as President of the Punahou Parent Faculty Association (PFA), and has contributed her time to organizations including Touch A Heart, Holy Nativity School, and Shriners Children’s Hawaii.
