Taylor Barnett brings seven years of recruiting experience shaped by an early career in nonprofit fundraising, healthcare, and professional services. She began her professional journey conducting donor and prospect research, where she connected individuals with meaningful funding opportunities and developed a deep appreciation for aligning people with purpose-driven work. That foundation led her into HR at a professional employer organization and ultimately to Inkinen, where she joined as a Research Assistant and grew into her current role as an Executive Search Consultant.
